Are your nails handmade?
Yes! Every Nail Rehabilitation set is handmade and made to order with lots of care ♡ Each set is created especially for you in your chosen shape, length and size.

How do I know what size to order?
You can measure the widest part of each of your nails in millimetres and send us all 10 measurements when ordering. Full instructions can be found in our Sizing Guide ♡

What if I’m unsure of my nail sizes?
We recommend ordering a Sizing Kit first. This allows you to try the nail tips at home and find your perfect fit before ordering your set.

Can I choose my shape and length?
Yes! Our sets are available in a choice of shapes and lengths, so you can customise your nails to suit you.

Are the nails reusable?
Yes ♡ With careful application, removal and proper care, your press-on nails can be reused.

Does my order come with an application kit?
Yes! Every nail set includes an application kit, so you’ll have what you need to apply your new nails.

Can I order a custom design?
Absolutely ♡ We have a dedicated Custom Design product for completely personalised sets. Before ordering, please message us with your inspiration or an idea of the design you’d like. We’ll confirm whether we can create it and let you know which custom design tier to select before you place your order. Please don’t purchase a custom design until your design and tier have been confirmed.

How long will my order take?
As every set is handmade to order, please allow up to 7 days for your nails to be made before dispatch. Your order may be ready sooner, but we recommend allowing the full 7 days when ordering, especially if you need your nails for a specific date ♡

What if I order the wrong size?
Please double-check your measurements before ordering to make sure you get the best possible fit ♡ If you do accidentally order the wrong size, please message us and we’ll see what we can do to help.
