All Nail Rehabilitation press-on nail sets are handmade and made to order, especially for you ♡

Processing Time

Please allow up to 7 days for your order to be handmade and prepared for dispatch. Orders can often be completed sooner, but we recommend allowing the full 7 days when placing your order.

Please note that this is our processing time and does not include delivery time.

UK Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Any estimated delivery dates are estimates and may occasionally be affected by delays with the postal service that are outside of our control.

International Delivery

We are happy to ship internationally ♡ International delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping service selected at checkout.

Please allow additional time for international orders, particularly during busy periods or if your parcel is delayed by customs.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees that may apply in their country.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment, based on your delivery location and the shipping option selected.

Please Check Your Address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. If you notice a mistake, message us as soon as possible and we will update it if your order has not yet been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Delayed or Missing Parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please get in touch with us and we'll do our best to help ♡

Please bear in mind that once a parcel has been handed over to the delivery provider, occasional postal delays can occur. This does not affect your legal rights if your order does not arrive.

Need Your Nails for a Specific Date? ♡

If you need your nails for a specific date, such as a holiday, birthday, wedding or special occasion, please message us as soon as possible and let us know the date you need them for.

As every set is handmade to order, we cannot always guarantee that an order can be completed sooner than our usual processing time, but I will always try my best to get your order made and dispatched as quickly as possible ♡

Please remember to also allow time for delivery after your order has been dispatched.
